We strive to describe our jewelry and materials as accurately as possible. Product photos are for reference only; colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in € and include/exclude VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless stated otherwise. For made-to-order or personalized jewelry, production begins after payment confirmation.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide/from Germany. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to postal services, customs, or holidays. MaJa is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and the personalized nature of jewelry, earrings and custom-made items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

7. Care Instructions

Proper care is essential to maintain your jewelry’s quality. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, exposure to water, chemicals, or general wear and tear.
